Embracing Fewer, Better Things

This Spring I am all about embracing fewer, better things in my closet. I want a closet I can peek into and know immediately I want to wear everything in sight. I want a lean closet that is full of high quality, beautiful pieces, and "fewer, better" things. As such, I was so excited when Cuyana reached out to share with me that they would be stopping by Seattle on their Essentials Tour with a Pop-Up Shop this weekend!

When I first learned about Cuyana I was living in Half Moon Bay, California, a small coastal surf town in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cuyana started in San Francisco and as soon as I discovered Cuyana, I knew I was in love. The Cuyana philosophy believes in style over trends, quality over quantity and in loving your closet. A philosophy I am all about embracing.

Each Cuyana collection embodies "fewer, better" things, with an emphasis on integrity, intentionality and exquisite craftsmanship; and each Cuyana piece is crafted with a story behind it. The Spring 2017 Cuyana collection is inspired by the concept of pause, "we pause to simplify the world around us, to reflect on all that we have, and to move forward with new-found purpose," and rooted in simplicity, ease and deliberate detail.

Designing essential pieces for the modern woman with fine craftsmanship and the most premium of materials, Cuyana creates a destination for intentional living and enduring style. Cuyana, means "to love" in Quechua; with each Cuyana made to be loved, to last and to make you feel beautiful.

  1. If black off shoulder dress keeps women a sense of mystery. Then red ball dress shows the neat and pure of a girl.
